Introducing Real Estate, Mindfully
As a certified mindfulness coach and have worked with athletes and non-athletes on managing distracting thoughts and emotions. For me, I always think there is an opportunity to approach situations more mindfully - more relaxed, present, in a clear head space, and in tune with what you are about to say - "responding" rather than "reacting". We all know that at the end of the day, being stressed out or overwhelmed can cue a downward spiral of other negative thoughts and emotions that are hard to pull yourself out of.
When it comes to buying and selling real estate, it is an often times stressful experience for all parties involved. Emotions can be as high as a kite one second and as low as the ground the next. It is an emotional journey. So is it possible to manage these emotions so you can stay focused and clear on what you want throughout the buying or selling process? So you can get a peaceful nights sleep without worrying if the buyers will back out because of the inspection?
