If you integrate the content in the bootcamp into your daily life, you can enhance internal and external awareness, focus & flow, resilience, respond rather than react, achieve your goals and reach new levels of performance and success.

This bootcamp is intended for everyone who is looking to find new ways to improve their performance and success.

Welcoming all individuals, athletes, and aspiring-athletes because we are ALL performers. Maybe you are a CEO and lead 100’s of people, or you are a self-starter, a chef in a high-stress kitchen, an artist, work with clients 1:1, or you are first responder…at the end of the day we all have to perform in our daily lives.


COURSE OUTLINE:

  • Week One: Introduction to Mindful Performance

  • Week Two: The Voice Inside Your Head

  • Week Three: Focus & Goals

  • Week Four: Putting It All Together For Optimal Performance

  • Build internal and external awareness & focus

  • Greater understanding of your inner voice

  • Insight into formal mindfulness practices that will support you on your journey
