One 60 minute session
Get clear on what you want to accomplish in life, or your athletic career, short and long-term, and how that relates to overall life goals. You will walk away with a set of complimenting mental and performance-based goals, and a set of mindful practices and tools that will elevate your performance.
During this interactive session, you will get clear on what you want in many aspects of your life. We will dig into the relationship between mindfulness and performance and why training in both areas will make you a top performer, whether you are an athlete or not. You will create a long-term vision for your life and draft a game plan, that includes mindful practices you can action now to achieve your vision! You will also realize the power of the spoken word and the law of attraction.
